Sweet’s Syrup is an all natural immune boosting elderberry syrup that treats symptoms of coughs, colds, allergies and the flu.
Stephanie Rickenbaker began handcrafting elderberry syrup using locally-sourced raw honey after her husband was diagnosed with leukemia and as part of their journey toward proactive wellness. She quickly discovered that the syrup not only eliminated her family’s need for over-the-counter cold medicines but it also helped them to stay healthy. Today, that syrup is professionally handcrafted with organic elderberries, local raw honey and organic ginger, cinnamon and cloves. It is Sweet’s Syrup. Named for her daughter – her nickname is Sweets – the elderberry syrup is made with delicious, natural ingredients all of which are high-quality, sustainably-sourced and organic.
Sweet’s Syrup hired Rachel Martin Design as a design partner to help with an overall brand refresh to elevate the brand and sustainable packaging from a word-of-mouth “mom and pop” brand to a higher level artisan brand for the natural food and beverage market. With better consumer-driven messaging about the benefits of elderberry syrup, taglines, branded elements and refined packaging, Sweet’s is able to sell to a broader audience and larger select retailers. With the help of the redesign and business guidance from Rachel Martin Design, Sweet’s has scaled its business to produce more product, expanded it’s distribution into doctors’ offices, health food retailers and fitness establishments across multiple states, ramped up online sales and doubled its profits in less than a few months.
